3.Clients are required to Proof all artwork and copy before going to print and it the sole responsibility of the client to make sure all copy and artwork is correct.
4.PowerHouseHD when photographing a property will not limit the amount of photographs taken and will take multiple shots of the home using a wide angle lens. The photographer will use his or her knowledge of photography to best capture the home with the understanding that Photography is a subjective art and PowerHouseHD's responsibilty is to photograph the property. all decisions pertaining to picture selection, placement within artwork, websites and any other print or web media remains the responsibilty of the client. The Subject property PowerHouseHD is filming is expected to be "filming condition" and PowerHouseHD will not be responsible for cleaning, rearranging furniture, fixing or repairing the property in anyway, this shall remain the sole responsibilty of the homeowner.
